A rapidly growing private markets data intelligence platform was scaling its engineering capability to meet increasing global demand for its analytics and insights product. Their mission is to transform how private capital GPs leverage data, which required a Frontend Tech Lead capable of owning architecture, leading a team, and shaping product development across design, engineering, and product functions.
The Challenge
We needed to find a hands-on leader who could balance technical excellence with strategic oversight. Away from technical ability, they needed someone who had experience:
- Building and mentoring high-performing frontend teams in a hybrid setup
- Setting engineering standards and DevOps best practices in a rapidly scaling startup
Frontend engineers with the right mix of leadership and startup experience were in short supply, and we needed to move quickly – ideally hiring within five weeks to keep product development on track.
