Switch is moving from a consulting and educational company to an innovative SaaS solutions provider for charging station manufacturers and charging station operators in the UK. Dr. Marc Mültin was referred to us by a previous client, we were tasked with hiring the first 7 people into the company, advising the chief technology officer on what skillset was needed, sourcing candidates, conducting the initial video interviews and aiding with employment contracts and their remote onboarding processes.
We worked extremely closely with the chief technology officer for these initial hires, creating job specs, consulting on contracts for each of the tech roles, and setting up a project management platform for us and Switch to use throughout the entire process. This created a seamless recruitment process for both sides. We conducted the first stage interviews to ensure the best talent was put across. We also created an online onboarding process for Switch to follow once the right candidates were found. During Covid19 Switch worked remotely however, Marc wanted an office space to meet once a week, of which we were also able to provide.
Due to our extremely close relationship with Marc, this made our hiring process very quick and easy. Our consultants were able to fill each of these positions in under 18 days.

Working alongside the internal talent team at Bud, we filled 13 positions out of 15 live roles, 11 of which being in their Backend Team.
In mid 2018 we began work with Bud. Their objective was to grow out their Technology Team with major focus on their Backend Team, where they were struggling to recruit high quality candidates. Bud wanted to achieve this rapid growth in the most cost effective and efficient way. We were initially brought in alongside 8 other agencies who had been working with Bud previously. We soon became the sole supplier for all of Bud’s technical hires.
