Our Policy on Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking

Albert Bow acknowledge responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services. Our business will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in exploitation or human trafficking.

Compliance

Albert Bow ensures strict compliance checks are carried for all candidates it supplies. We verify the identity of each worker and their right to work before supply commences. As part of our commitment to identify and eradicate slavery and human trafficking, we have in place a process to undertake due diligence on our supply chain network to ensure compliance with legislative. Our supply chains include, but are not limited to, sourcing candidates for clients.

Training

Albert Bow ensure that all employees are fully educated on the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and are aware of what is expected of them to comply with all laws and regulations and act with integrity and honesty.
