Craig Trenier
When founding Albert Bow I had a very clear vision in mind. I wanted to build a recruitment agency that was different to the rest. A recruitment agency both clients and candidates can trust, rely on and enjoy working with. Building Albert Bow with a people first mentality is the basis of everything I wanted to achieve.
David McGuigan
I am currently working as Head of Backend Technology here at Albert Bow. Finding someone the right role and helping them achieve their goals and potential is something I have brought from my teaching experience and it’s a philosophy everyone at Albert Bow adheres to.
Letitia Oglesby
I lead marketing and sales enablement across Albert Bow, helping drive growth across executive search, technology and trading. I enjoy turning market insight into meaningful campaigns and content that support both our consultants and the clients we partner with.
Chloe Fletcher
I lead the Technology team at Albert Bow, partnering with start-ups and scale-ups in blockchain, fintech & Ai. My role is all about helping founders and executives build the engineering, product, and leadership teams that drive growth. With a background in sport from my time at Loughborough University, I bring resilience, energy, and determination into recruitment. What I enjoy most is connecting brilliant people with opportunities where they can make a real impact.
Ed Langdon
I joined Albert Bow on the back of my experience in sales and I am so glad I made the move. The team is a collaboration of likeminded and driven consultants who use longstanding relationships to deliver a second-to-none recruitment service to clients and candidates. Callum James
After returning from the United States, I sought to enter an industry that would tap into my competitive sporting nature. I found that in recruitment, where I now lead the Ai, ML, and Data Engineering division at Albert Bow. With 4 years of experience in both permanent and contract recruitment, I’ve refined my ability to match exceptional talent with the right opportunities.
Luke Davidson
I joined Albert Bow in March 2025, specialising in DevOps and IT Infrastructure recruitment. Based in the Belfast office, I’m passionate about building genuine relationships, understanding career journeys, and connecting people with the right opportunities. Proud to be part of a collaborative, ambitious, and values-driven team.
Zack McCall
With a background in professional sports, I transitioned into tech recruitment, gaining over 3 years’ experience before joining Albert Bow. I now specialise in Software Development, particularly within the JavaScript ecosystem. I love working with innovative companies alongside a supportive, ambitious team. Outside of work, you’ll find me on the rugby pitch or enjoying a pint of Guinness with friends!
James Nicholls
I joined Albert Bow’s trading desk with a solid background in finance recruitment and I’ve never looked back. I thrive in a high-energy, collaborative team that knows how to work hard, move fast, and still have a good laugh along the way. When I’m not busy connecting top talent with cutting-edge trading firms, you’ll probably find me on the hunt for the next must-try food spot in London or going to various music events!
Caila Cunningham
I partner with startups and scaleups to build high-impact Product & Engineering teams, from early hires to leadership. Alongside recruitment, I serve as a Board Member at Glow NI, supporting initiatives that empower women and girls and helping drive the organisation’s growth and direction.
Keanu Ebanks
A former professional American football player turned full-time recruiter, I now specialise in scaling engineering teams for high-growth companies. I bring the same discipline and teamwork from sport into recruitment, helping technical leaders make strong, long-term hiring decisions.
Ellie Taylor
I specialise in placing high-performing Quant Developers into leading trading firms, focusing on strong technical and cultural fit. Outside of work you’ll likely find me on the netball court – something I bring the same competitive energy and teamwork into when supporting clients.
Nick Roostan
I focus on connecting top Quant Developers with high-performance teams, taking a relationship-led approach that helps clients make hires aligned with both technical goals and culture. A semi-professional rugby player and ex publican, I know what it takes to build a formidable team. Out of work, I’ll be playing rugby or trying to swing a golf club!
Nathan Mensah
I specialise in contract technology recruitment across engineering, data, oil, and energy, helping businesses scale quickly when projects demand it. When I’m not supporting clients you’ll likely find me on the padel courts or spending time with my kids – balance and energy I bring into my work.
Archie White
I specialise in connecting traders, researchers and developers with leading crypto and trading firms globally. A former rugby player with a love for golf, I bring a competitive yet relationship-focused approach to recruitment, helping fast-moving teams secure exceptional talent.
Chris Gorry
Before recruitment I was a C++ engineer in the video-game industry, building performance-critical systems – experience that shapes my technical understanding today. I now specialise in quantitative development and low-latency engineering, supporting trading firms with complex hires.
Cameron Ruddock
With a background as a rugby coach, I bring a people-focused and structured approach to recruitment. I specialise in quantitative research and trading hires, working closely with clients and candidates to build strong, high-performing teams across competitive markets.
Christian Campbell
I lead our Belfast technology team, combining a background in team leadership with a passion for recruitment and long-term client partnerships. I focus on helping businesses scale effectively while building strong internal teams that deliver consistent, high-quality results.
Lize Viljoen
I specialise in connecting top talent with trading, finance and technology firms, partnering with hedge funds, proprietary trading and high-growth tech teams to make thoughtful, long-term hires. A former international endurance horse rider, I bring resilience and calm to fast-moving searches. Outside work, I’m usually camping, cycling or chasing the next adventure.

I help Web3 companies scale by connecting them with exceptional blockchain, DeFi, and crypto talent. I partner with founders and leadership teams to build high‑performing, mission‑driven teams. My approach is relationship‑driven and strategic: I focus on long‑term talent solutions, meaningful partnerships, and delivering hires who can truly elevate a company’s trajectory.
Saron Erasmus
I specialise in digital asset and crypto hiring across the UK and US, combining a background in software support and testing with a people-first recruitment approach, and focus on honest, long-term matches. Outside work you’ll find me adventuring with my two pugs, Ben and Lana.

With 12+ years in global tech recruitment, I partner with Ai, fintech and trading firms to build high-performing engineering, product and GTM teams. I bring a strategic, data-led approach to hiring, supporting scaling businesses with thoughtful, end-to-end talent solutions.
Bobby
I began my career with Albert Bow basically from the day I was born. I embody Albert Bow’s philosophy of valuing long lasting relationships and trying to put a smile on everyone’s face. I am the best known member of Albert Bow and often get kidnapped to brighten other members of our We Work buildings day!
