The Challenge
All roles needed to be outside IR35, fully remote, and delivered with both speed and reliability but with the pace of their growth, the internal team was already operating at full capacity and couldn’t take on the extra workload of contractor sourcing, compliance, onboarding, and ongoing admin. Over a 3-year partnership, we delivered 24 contractors across PHP, frontend and QA. Several were extended beyond their original terms, with five remaining embedded for over three years. This stability allowed the client to scale their engineering capacity in line with shifting product demands, without the delays or commitment of permanent hiring.
