Our monthly subscription-based model includes unlimited hiring throughout each month.

Our consultant will be integrated with your team allowing them to act as an extension of your inhouse talent team.

This allows us to think beyond the benefit of individual placements and focus on the bigger picture: helping teams and companies achieve sustainable growth with the ability to accurately forecast your recruitment cost. This subscription can be paused at any point according to your hiring plans.

Project Based

Our Project based model includes a set amount of hires for a fixed fee regardless of candidate seniority or salary. This typically can save up to 40% on hiring fees as compared to normal contingency fees.

This project tends to work best when looking to expand your team by a minimum of 6 in a short space of time. This cost is normally split across 3 – 6 monthly instalments in order to make it as cost effective for you.
