Prediction Market Pod Leaders
If you've already built profitable prediction market strategies and are looking for significantly more capital, infrastructure and operational support, can provide a platform designed to help you scale.
The firm already has direct connectivity into major exchanges, established trading infrastructure and, most importantly, meaningful capital available to deploy behind proven strategies.
Capital is not the limiting factor—finding traders with a genuine, repeatable edge is.
Prediction Market Traders
For experienced traders who want to join an established team rather than build independently, you'll work alongside researchers, engineers and other traders to develop and execute systematic or discretionary strategies across global prediction markets.
What You'll Do
- Develop, deploy and continuously improve profitable prediction market strategies.
- Generate trading ideas across a wide range of event-driven markets.
- Execute trades whilst managing risk and capital efficiently.
- Analyse performance and iterate on strategies through detailed post-trade review.
- Collaborate with quantitative researchers and engineers to improve execution, tooling and infrastructure.
- Help expand the firm's coverage across new prediction market venues and products.
What They're Looking For
- Demonstrable live P&L trading prediction markets.
- A repeatable trading edge that can be clearly articulated.
- Strong understanding of market microstructure, liquidity and exchange mechanics.
- Proven experience managing risk through changing market conditions.
- Background from a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, prediction market business or sophisticated betting operation is highly desirable.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently whilst collaborating closely with a high-calibre team.

- Competitive base salary (around USD $200,000).
