The Objective

Switch is moving from a consulting and educational company to an innovative SaaS solutions provider for charging station manufacturers and charging station operators in the UK. Dr. Marc Mültin was referred to us by a previous client, we were tasked with hiring the first 7 people into the company, advising the chief executive officer on what skillset was needed, sourcing candidates, conducting the initial video interviews and aiding with employment contracts and their remote onboarding processes.

The Process

We worked extremely closely with the chief executive officer for these initial hires, creating job specs, consulting on contracts for each of the tech roles, and setting up a project management platform for us and Switch to use throughout the entire process. This created a seamless recruitment process for both sides. We conducted the first stage interviews to ensure the best talent was put across. We also created an online onboarding process for Switch to follow once the right candidates were found. During Covid19 Switch worked remotely however, Marc wanted an office space to meet once a week, of which we were also able to provide. 

The Result

Due to our extremely close relationship with Marc, this made our hiring process very quick and easy. Our consultants were able to fill each of these positions in under 18 days.
