Senior Software Engineer | Agentic Ai | Copenhagen, Denmark
I’m recruiting for an early-stage Ai startup (pre-seed, $4M raised) building Ai agents that automate real operational workflows for manufacturing, fashion, food, steel, and industrial companies.
Their agents integrate directly with ERP systems, email, and operational tools handling order intake, collections, PO matching, freight auditing, and payment reconciliation. They already have paying customers in production and are now scaling the team.
Role Highlights:
- One of the first engineering hires, massive ownership and impact
- Build production backend systems powering Ai agents
- Work directly with enterprise customers (Forward Deployed Engineer style)
- End-to-end feature ownership: design → ship → iterate
- Office-based in Copenhagen
Tech Stack:
- Python (primary backend language)
- Go (web application layer)
- Production Ai agent infrastructure & ERP integrations
What They’re Looking For:
- Strong backend engineer with Ai / agentic systems experience
- Production experience shipping real customer-facing software
- Startup mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership
- Python expertise (Go is a plus, willingness to learn is fine)
Compensation:
- Up to $150,000 USD + equity
- Must be based in Copenhagen or willing to relocate
