Senior Backend Engineer | Python (Django, Flask or Fast API) | San Francisco hybrid

An innovative cloud platform who use Ai to help small businesses connect to AWS collaboratively are seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to take them to the next level. They are already revenue generating and planning their Series A funding in Q1 of 2024 so anyone joining now will have a large equity piece as well as competitive base salary.

As this will be an early hire for the company, you will have a huge impact on product direction, vision and future plans for the team. There will also be great opportunities for careers growth.

Requirements:

• 5 years experience (preferably a mix between start-up and big tech experience)
• Extensive experience with Python and at least 1 major framework
• Strong knowledge of AWS
• Kubernetes
• Experience building from products scratch
• Some experience with React/ Typescript (desirable)

The role is paying up to $200,000 base salary plus a strong equity package which could have real added value following their upcoming funding. The company are based in the Bay Area and would be hybrid working with ideally 1-2 days in the office/ week.
