We’re looking for a SecDevOps Engineer to help embed security at the core of cutting-edge systems across decentralized applications, blockchain infrastructure, and SaaS platforms.

This is a high-impact role working closely with a team of world-class cryptographers and engineers, where you’ll play a key part in safeguarding advanced cryptographic solutions and ensuring resilience at scale.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

Security Integration

• Embed security best practices across blockchain networks, smart contracts, key management systems, and web applications
• Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration testing
• Integrate security tooling into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Build and manage monitoring and alerting systems for blockchain and application security
• Develop and execute incident response strategies
• Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system integrity and uptime

Collaboration & Documentation

• Partner with engineering and security teams to proactively identify and mitigate risks
• Document security processes, infrastructure, and response procedures

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to security standards and regulatory frameworks
• Support audits and implement recommendations from security reviews

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Core Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in DevOps and security-focused roles
• Strong understanding of securing the Software Development Lifecycle

Security Expertise

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, OWASP ZAP
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR

Technical Strengths

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible)
• Strong understanding of blockchain security, cryptography, and key management

• Certifications such as CKA, CISSP, or CBP
• Experience with DeFi, DEXs, and Web3 ecosystems
• Contributions to open-source security or blockchain projects
