Albert Bow has just partnered with an exciting institutional and retail market maker focusing on digital assets for the APAC region. Over the past 12 months they have grown rapidly and are looking to continue their growth throughout 2023.

My client are currently looking to hire a Quant Trader/ Researcher to lead the cycle of the MM strategies. This is an exciting opportunity to grow your carer and be part of the cycle from the very start.

Requirements:

• Develop quant trading and risk management strategies and models for market making, on exchange.
• Monitoring the Quant strategies, backtest and improve the strategies.
• Research and identify new quant strategies for the market-making desk.
• You will be collaborating with other teams such as risk management, engineering and ops teams, for the implementation of the systematic strategies.

Experience:

• 5 +years within quantitative research or trading, for a Market Maker
• 2 years experience within Crypto, 2 years within Trad Fi.
• Highly proficient within one programming languages Python, R, C++.
• Strong understanding of the HFT market.
