About the Role
We are a globally active proprietary trading firm with offices in New York City and Taipei, focused on high frequency and systematic trading across multiple asset classes. Our platform is built entirely in house, combining low latency infrastructure, proprietary execution systems, and advanced quantitative research to operate at scale across major global exchanges.
We are now looking to add a Quantitative Trader focused on the rapidly growing prediction markets space.
Responsibilities
• Research prediction markets, exchange protocols, and systematic trading opportunities across venues such as Polymarket and Kalshi
• Develop, test, and deploy automated trading strategies into live production environments
• Scale trading activity across new products, exchanges, and market structures
• Monitor market sentiment, portfolio exposure, and daily P&L performance
• Conduct post trade analysis to improve execution quality, optimise strategy performance, and strengthen risk management processes
• Take ownership of portfolio construction and systematic strategy optimisation
Requirements
• Degree in a STEM discipline from a leading university
• Proven experience running profitable live strategies within prediction markets environments, not purely simulated or backtested performance
• Strong live Return on Capital (ROC) track record with measurable production results
• Previous experience at a proprietary trading firm, hedge fund, or buy side environment is preferred
• Strong programming ability in at least one of the following: Rust, C++, Golang, or Python
• Excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are beneficial
Interview Process
• Candidates should expect 2 to 3 technical interview stages, including live coding assessments
• Coding rounds typically last between 2 and 3 hours each
• This is a fully onsite role based in New York City, five days per week

• Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $250,000 depending on experience and track record
