OTC Sales | Institutional & Derivatives Crypto | London | Hybrid

A leading global crypto proprietary trading and market-making firm is seeking an experienced OTC Sales professional to join its institutional coverage team. The firm provides deep liquidity and execution across spot, perpetuals and options, operating at the intersection of quantitative trading, low-latency technology, and digital asset markets.

This role is well suited to a commercially driven individual with strong institutional relationships and experience handling high-volume OTC flow.

The Role

You will be responsible for growing and managing relationships with institutional clients while driving OTC trading volumes across spot and derivatives. You will work closely with internal trading, structuring and risk teams to deliver tailored execution and hedging solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand a portfolio of institutional clients (funds, HNWIs, family offices, crypto-native firms)
  • Leverage existing relationships to originate OTC spot and derivatives flow
  • Execute OTC trades across spot, forwards, perps and options
  • Distribute vanilla options and structured hedging solutions in collaboration with trading and structuring teams
  • Provide clients with market colour, volatility commentary and execution guidance
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
  • Coordinate with trading, risk, compliance and operations to ensure smooth execution and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in OTC sales, institutional sales, brokerage or trading (crypto, FX or derivatives)
  • Existing relationships with institutional or high-volume trading clients (portable book advantageous)
  • Solid understanding of crypto market structure and derivatives
  • Strong commercial instincts and client-facing skills
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a crypto exchange, market maker, hedge fund or proprietary trading firm
  • Exposure to options or structured products
  • International client coverage experience
