A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Agile Coach to join a Financial Consulting Company who are working with Tier 1 banks both onshore and offshore.

They have big plans for 2022 and now would be the perfect time to join this expanding team. The role will require the developer to work closely with Tier 1 banks in developing their platforms.

You will be a part of a team of coaches supporting their newly created streams and crews to embed the unified model of Agile at a tier 1 bank. As part of that, you’ll be working within the CDIO Group Functions division closely collaborating with agile coaches, key stakeholders and business-oriented staff from other functions in the bank.

The main areas they are looking for in a Lead Agile Coach are:

• 3+ years experience working with organisations as an Agile coach
• Experience helping transform infrastructure teams
• PSM1, CSM, SASM Scrum Master Certificates
• Agile or professional coaching qualifications (CSC, ICF)
• Experience working in the financial sector

Day rate: up to £800 PAYE depending on experience.

Contract Length: 12 months
