Head of Product | Dubai (remote considered) | Crypto/DeFi, Prediction Markets

They are a founder led, early stage crypto native firm building on-chain event and prediction markets, with a small team pulled from retail brokerage, investment banking, proprietary trading and market making. It's a lean team of around twenty, moving fast with real trading volume already behind them.

You'll own product end to end, strategy, roadmap, design direction and execution. There's no dedicated design function, so you'll be working hands on in Figma and shaping the UX yourself, then writing specs engineers can build straight from. This is a growth first seat, not a feature factory, the priority is making a genuinely complex protocol feel simple enough for a first time consumer, and building the mechanics that get people to come back and bring others with them.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product vision and roadmap and ship with engineering daily
  • Build out the growth mechanics, referrals, social sharing of positions and payouts, recurring markets and retention loops
  • Take a technically complex protocol and make it usable for a first time consumer
  • Hire and lead the product and design team as the company grows
  • Own activation, retention and organic acquisition metrics

Skills/Experience

  • Senior or founding product role at a distribution led consumer app people genuinely love, think Fomo or a strong consumer trading, wallet or social product
  • Proven track record growing a product through organic and viral channels rather than paid acquisition, with real specifics you can walk through
  • Experience with trading, betting, gaming or social finance products
  • Crypto UX familiarity required, deep protocol knowledge is not
  • Hands on with design and specs, comfortable working directly in Figma and writing specs engineers can build from
  • Suited to early stage pace, decisive, hands on, minimal process

If this sounds like your kind of challenge, apply with a CV!!

Thanks,

Chloe
