Forward Deployed Engineer (Hands-On Full-Stack & Ai) | Dublin | Hybrid
About the role
We’re looking for Forward Deployed Engineers at all levels to join a fast-growing tech company focused on building innovative solutions that help businesses scale complex processes while maintaining a high-quality, human-centred experience.
This is not just coding. You’ll work across the full stack - frontend, backend, and Ai integrations, architecting and deploying production-ready solutions that have immediate impact. You’ll mentor teammates, influence product direction, and tackle challenging technical problems directly affecting customers and end-users.
What you’ll do day-to-day
- Build and deploy scalable solutions that handle high volumes of user interactions
- Iterate on deployed systems based on real-world feedback to improve performance and outcomes
- Design and implement interactive, dynamic simulations for training and customer-facing use cases
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces
- Set technical standards and best practices across the engineering team
- Mentor teammates and support knowledge sharing across projects
What we’re looking for
- Engineers at all experience levels who enjoy hands-on full-stack development and Ai integrations
- 4+ years preferred for senior roles; early-career engineers with strong demonstrable impact are encouraged to apply
- Technical leadership experience for senior roles; willingness to take ownership and learn for junior roles
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and enjoys seeing their work have direct impact
