We are working with an established fintech who have created a lending platform that helps SME’s obtain a loan in just under 3 and a half minutes from application to money in the bank at the same rates as high street banks.

They have a great engineering culture which is fast but works at a really high standard. You will be an Engineering Director covering a number of teams.

You will be responsible for doubling the current engineering team size and have autonomy over recruitment, engineering culture and roadmaps.

Ideally they are looking for someone to come from a start-up/ scale up background and an expert in backend engineering.

They’re current stack includes (experience in these helps but not essential):

• Python
• React
• AWS
• Docker
• Kubernetes.
