CTO | Fintech – Payments | London (hybrid working)

An award-winning and growing fintech, with an already established user base, is seeking a CTO for the next stages of their expansion. The company provides ‘white label’ card payment and banking solutions for businesses big and small across the World. They have been acquired by a larger parent company due to great performance and so are ready to expand in terms of numbers and locations.

This role will be first and foremost technical as you will be leading on the technical roadmap and will allow for you to have a huge impact on what’s next for the company over the coming years.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a CTO/ Head of Engineering with a focus on fintech/ payments
• Experience leading cross functional technical teams
• Technology experience focusing on financial regulations and payment systems
• Ability to work closely with Senior Leadership on business requirements and then transferring that into technical solutions.

The role will be hybrid with ideally 2 days a week in the London office but there will be flexibility.
