Business Development Manager

I have a brand new client, who is looking for a Business Development Recruitment Manager / Sales Manager to play an exciting role in building out the sales offering in their Netherlands office. This role would be very suitable for someone with a recruitment background. They are an international consulting and technology company, focused on custom-fit solutions for exciting and world leading businesses.


Moving forward, the plan is to scale the business as quickly as possible in Holland, through identifying and converting new clients to their service offerings in Project Resourcing, Advisory, Training and Technology.


The Role:

  • Build a ‘Go to market’ plan in Holland
  • Identify and convert new business
  • Foster relationships with current clients
  • Build proposals and present to clients for new opportunities and contracts
  • Building network and driving the business forward
  • Work alongside the CEO and Board of Directors

You will have:

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Consultative solutions background
  • Your own existing network
  • Managed service industry experience
  • Driven and hungry
  • Speed and quality is essential
  • Modelling and graphic representation
  • Tech recruitment background is highly desirable
  • Ideally fluent in English and Dutch
