2nd Line Support Engineer
A very exciting opportunity has arisen to join a new SaaS company who developing a platform that acts as the first line of defense against fraud.
They have big plans for 2022 and now would be the perfect time to join this expanding team. They are looking for someone to take ownership and make the role their own. They are looking for a skilled, customer-facing individual that has a customer-centric approach where they endeavor to resolve the majority of all issues in the first contact (phone/intercom or email).
The main areas they are looking for are:
- Looking for a fast learner
- Great communication
- Experience using Intercom or any chat box function
- React Experience
- AWS & Github experience
- Experience with SQL databases
