I started my recruitment career not long after graduating from Plymouth University. I joined a firm in London which gave me a lot of exposure to a variety of clients and candidates, from
small private equity portfolio clients, up to Global banks and Commodity Trading Firms. I joined as a resource and quickly progressed to become The Head of Development and
Vendor Technology for contract recruitment, covering both Financial Services and Commodities across Europe.
My accomplishments included personally managing 30 contractors, having consistent repeat business from a number of global trading firms, financial services firms and consultancies and the majority of candidates coming to me through referrals from my contractors. I was also approached by one of the largest consultancies in the world to aid in the growth of their Trading Risk Management Software function due to my reputation within the market. I left being the top performer in the European department of the company due to the opportunity to build something from the ground up. Having always had an entrepreneurial mindset, I knew I wanted to seize the opportunity. Similar to Craig I too am a keen sportsman, having represented club, university, county and country at both rugby and tennis, I know what it takes to reach the top both as an individual and as a team player. Now building Albert Bow alongside Craig, we are aiming to provide a service that is second to none for both our clients and candidates.
